As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you’ll lead
- functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions within the Facility Management Service program. Acting as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery, you’ll guide strategic decisions and support
- on configuration in IBM TRIRIGA.

What will you do:

• Partner with stakeholders across business and IT to gather, document, and analyze requirements aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead workshops to understand pain points and capture business requirements in functional solution designs.
• Translate functional solution design into technical solutions and guide development.
• Configure and customize solutions within IBM TRIRIGA using
  - in tools, workflows, and business logic layers.
• Serve as the functional lead in agile teams, working within SAFe or other Agile frameworks.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in business analysis and TRIRIGA configuration.

What makes you a great fit:

Must have skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Technical Lead in enterprise software delivery.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Experience with BPMN process modeling.
• Knowledge of
  - oriented programming (OOP).
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with
  - solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and curious to understand how things work.
• Collaborative working style and proactive questioning.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with facility management software (e. g. , IBM TRIRIGA).
• Scripting or
  - code customization experience in TRIRIGA.
• Familiarity with enterprise platform integrations via APIs/web services.
• TRIRIGA certifications.
