Responsibilities
- Building relationships: Get to know our customers inside and out. From onboarding onward, you’ll be their
- to person and in charge of their journey with us. Build and nurture strong, lasting connections, planting seeds for future growth. - Set our customers up for success: Understand their business and goals to help them succeed. Create small and big wins, make the customer’s life easier, and do whatever it takes for them to be successful.
- Collaborating: Partner with our Sales and Support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish. Work with our Product team to provide feedback and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
- Learning and Educating: Become a Modash and industry expert. Use that knowledge to help our customers succeed and pursue continuous learning and growth.
Requirements
- You've worked in B2B Saa
S, supported technical customers, and know your way around APIs. You don’t need a coding background, just a technical mindset, strong communication skills, and the drive to learn the rest. - A
- paced working environment suits you, but you never compromise quality over speed. - You've previously worked at a startup or a scaleup.
- You are praised for your excellent communication skills across mediums. You actively listen, ask the right questions, and bring a positive,
- building style. - You have
- notch English skills, both written and spoken. - CRM familiarity is a plus; Vitally is a known tool you might use.
- Being organized is a natural strength that helps you stay focused.
- You share our mentality of creating processes on the go and using your own voice as a Modashian instead of just following manuals.
- While experience in influencer marketing isn’t required, any prior marketing knowledge related to influencer marketing will help.
