About the job:

Require deep technical understanding, stakeholder management, and leadership across product lifecycle stages. Collaborate with
- functional teams to define, develop, and launch impactful products in a
- paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead
  -
  - end product development, from ideation to
  - launch analysis, including backlog management.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, evaluate solutions, and prioritize features.
• Conduct market research and customer discovery to refine value propositions.
• Work with developers, designers, and stakeholders to validate and deliver solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality features, organizing testing and feedback.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 in a technical role.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and
  - technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities remotely.
• Experience tracking and reporting KPIs; A/B testing expertise is a plus.
• Experience with AI and P2P projects is advantageous.
