We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Global Hotel division and shape the future of hotel distribution.
Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow the product function
- Mentor and develop 2–3 product team members, fostering a culture of innovation, customer‑centricity, collaboration and operational excellence.
- build product management best practices and processes, supporting the expansion of our B2B hotel distribution capabilities.
- Define, own and communicate the 12–18 month product roadmap for Global Hotel’s distribution platform – covering channel manager connectivity, extranet capabilities and API product development.
- Make strategic decisions regarding build vs buy vs partner approaches.
Drive product discovery & business understanding
- Lead discovery processes with channel manager partners and internal extranet stakeholders.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for each product initiative, and conduct competitive analysis of book‑bank platforms and B2B distribution technologies.
Execute with technical depth
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications together with engineering teams.
- Work with booking conversion insights, channel performance metrics and operational efficiency data to guide product decisions.
Ensure high‑quality delivery & integrations
- Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of both partner‑facing and internal tools.
- Ensure consistency, scalability and reliability across integrations and data flows that power our B2C brands and B2B initiatives.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, including 4+ years in B2B technology products, ideally in travel tech, fintech or marketplace ecosystems.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with technical integrations (API products, connectivity platforms, channel‑management systems or equivalent).
- Proven track record of leading complex B2B product initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Experience partnering, negotiating and managing relationships with technology vendors or channel partners.
- Strong technical acumen: API architectures, system integrations, data flows, databases, distributed systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision‑making (SQL, BI tools, dashboards).
- Experience with hotel distribution tech (channel managers, GDS, OTA integrations, PMS systems).
- Background in building marketplace or connectivity‑driven products.
- Influence the evolution of Global Hotel’s distribution platform – a strategic pillar for the group.
- Work in an international, fast‑paced environment with cross‑functional teams across Europe and Asia.
- Contribute to high‑impact product decisions that shape both B2C and B2B experiences.
