You will be part of our dynamic Systems team, playing a pivotal role in developing medical devices at the intersection of hardware engineering, manufacturing, software, quality, and regulatory affairs. Your role involves bringing innovative products from concept to reality, in a collaborative environment.
We seek someone experienced in developing new devices with a blend of theoretical knowledge and
- on prototyping and testing. Your experience across all product stages—from research and development to design and manufacture—is essential. Creativity, adaptability, and technical expertise in device development are crucial.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the development of hardware products (medical devices and wellness products) from concept to launch across
- functional teams. - Create and maintain program and project documentation aligned with industry standards.
- Facilitate technical discussions across disciplines to ensure seamless collaboration and early
- solving. - Manage engineering change processes with clear documentation and communication.
- Define and drive program roadmaps, managing priorities to meet product goals and milestones.
- Support strategic initiatives and projects, working with internal teams and contract manufacturers.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years leading
- functional hardware and software teams through complex product cycles. - Proven experience managing
- phase hardware programs from concept to launch. - Experience scaling electronic or electromechanical products (10k–100k+ units), preferably in consumer electronics or medical devices, for European markets.
What we would love to see:
- Familiarity with medical device standards like ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, IEC 60601.
- Experience working with international suppliers and contract manufacturers, especially in Asia.
- Knowledge of applying Agile principles to hardware development in regulated environments.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and product teams.

Salary: €44, 186 - €61, 386 per year, including base, variable, and equity components. Compensation is adjustable based on skills and impact. Benefits are included as listed.
