Emagine is currently looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join a

The selected professional will lead and coordinate the delivery of complex technical projects across engineering, product, operations, and business teams. Working in a collaborative,
- functional environment based in Lisbon , this role will play a key part in aligning technical execution with strategic objectives, while promoting delivery excellence in a hybrid working model.
Your main responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of complex technical projects, ensuring coordination across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Manage full project lifecycles using structured methodologies, while adapting to technical constraints and evolving requirements.
Collaborate with senior engineers and technical leads to align implementation with system architecture and business goals.
Engage technically in the scope of solutions, releases, and architecture decisions.
Drive project discipline through clear planning, milestone tracking, and proactive risk management.
Surface and mitigate risks and technical interdependencies early, ensuring proper escalation and resolution.
Maintain transparent and consistent communication with stakeholders, including strategic reporting up to C-level executives.
Promote best practices in software delivery, embedding quality and technical standards into project execution.
Define delivery phases with engineering to ensure feasibility and incremental value delivery.
Continuously improve delivery processes to support agility and transparency in a

You bring:
A degree in Management, Information Management, or related fields, or equivalent experience in
- driven roles.
5+ years of experience in the technology sector, with a strong track record in technical project management.
Hands-on experience working closely with software engineering teams and contributing to system design and architecture.
Solid background in Agile methodologies and project governance.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to navigate complex technical systems.
Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to manage competing priorities in
- pressure scenarios.
High level of autonomy, accountability, and
- solving mindset.
Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate across time zones and multicultural teams.
Well-organised and methodical, yet pragmatic when solving delivery challenges.
Experience in OTT or Telco sectors is a plus.
Fluency in English .
