The new branch in Porto marks an exciting step forward, and we’re looking for a recruitment professional who will help establish and grow the company’s presence in the local market — someone who will act as both a strategic partner and the face of the organisation in Portugal.
Your Mission
As a Senior Technical Recruiter/ 360 Recruiter, you’ll take on a multifaceted role — part recruiter, part business partner, and part brand ambassador. Your mission will be to strengthen the company’s presence in the Portuguese IT market through

- end recruitment,
- building, and community engagement.
We’re seeking more than a recruiter — we’re looking for a collaborator who values trust, effective communication, and making a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage
- cycle recruitment for IT positions (e. G. , developers, testers, analysts). - Build and nurture relationships with candidates, consultants, and partners.
- Collaborate closely with international recruitment and delivery teams.
- Research local market trends, salary benchmarks, and employment standards.
- Represent the company at industry events, meetups, and networking initiatives.
- Help design and optimise local HR and recruitment processes.
- Contribute to shaping a positive employer reputation in Portugal.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the Portuguese IT market and hiring landscape.
- Proficient in Portuguese and fluent in English.
- High level of independence and accountability.
- Excellent
- building and communication skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive,
- oriented attitude.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in body leasing, staff augmentation, or contracting models.
- Familiarity with corporate or
- sector recruitment. - Involvement in employer branding or local tech community initiatives.
- Polish language skills
