About The Job

• The Senior Technician mission is to provide technical and functional support to users that require IT support for their BAU, providing a service of excellence to all BNP Paribas users

Your Main Activities Are

• Provide support to users of the systems in a timely and efficient manner
• Build and maintain a knowledge base regarding support issues and their resolution, for KPI report
• Act as a reference in the function and capitalize on the gathered experience to share knowledge, train and coach more junior elements of the team
• Ensure client satisfation with the service, prioritizing Le
  Comptoir service model and the group TOM
• Part of team BAU as a technician

Profile

and Skills to Success

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Information Technology or similar
• Advanced level of English, both written and oral
• Ability to inspire others and generate people's commitment
• Client focused
• Resilience
