Senior Technician Specialist Lisboa

Overview

Veesion is experiencing rapid growth following its successful Series B funding round. This expansion phase requires strengthening our technical foundation and scaling our development capabilities to meet increasing market demands.

Responsibilities

• Server Configuration: You will be responsible for configuring our servers before sending them to our clients. Using our OS system, you will execute the necessary commands and record the details in our inventory.
• Installation and Technical Support: You will remotely assist clients in installing servers, guiding them through the process. You will also conduct
  - depth analyses of camera systems and network architectures, configuring the system based on their needs and ensuring compatibility with the RTSP protocol.
• Problem Analysis and Resolution: You will be responsible for analyzing related issues and deploying appropriate solutions to ensure smooth system operation. You will also carry out preventive maintenance to optimize performance.
• Ticket Management and Follow-Up: You will use our ticketing tools to ensure proper tracking of client requests.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: You will regularly monitor server performance using graphical software (Grafana) and ensure optimal operation.
• Customized Configuration for Each Client: You will configure our system based on each client's specific needs, ensuring a solution tailored to their requirements.
