We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Risk professional for a
- term role in Lisbon or Porto (hybrid work model).

Skills and attributes for success:

• Coordinate, plan, and deliver IT audit engagements, SOC reporting, external audits, internal audits, and IT internal controls, especially in complex banking, capital markets, wealth & asset management, or insurance systems.
• Work with the team and client to develop risk assessments, design innovative audit approaches, plan engagement objectives, manage fieldwork execution, and draft and deliver audit reports, ensuring compliance with professional standards and addressing inherent risks.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of financial services processes and complex information systems, applying this knowledge to client situations.
• Utilize extensive industry knowledge to identify technological developments and evaluate their impact on the client’s business.
• Participate in
  - facing activities and develop thought leadership materials to generate new business opportunities.
• Exhibit excellent project management skills, inspire teamwork, and use current technology to enhance deliverables.
• Manage engagement economics, including budgeting, billing, and fee management.

Minimum qualifications:

• Academic background in finance, technology, or analytical fields.
• At least 8 years of experience as an IT auditor or risk advisor in a professional services firm or similar environment, especially in financial services.
• Experience in generating new business opportunities and thought leadership.
• Significant experience with internal audit risk assessment, SOX/internal controls, SOC reporting, and tools in financial services.
• Direct audit experience with trading, risk management systems, and product ledgers/subledgers.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Leadership, teamwork, and client service skills.
• Integrity and full professional proficiency in English.
