Job Description
- Provide support during the
- tender process including preparation and issuance of requests for quotation/invitations to tender, onboarding new contractors, and working closely with development teams. - Coordinate with Project Team representatives (development, technical, legal, HSE, etc. ) for specifications and clarifications needed for tenders and proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms with preferred bidders based on project requirements.
- Recommend contract awards through risk and cost review.
- Manage projects effectively by leading meetings and communications, directing stakeholders for maximum efficiency, and providing regular reporting.
- Represent the company at events, conveying business and development expertise professionally while enforcing company strategies.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 10 years of experience in renewable energy and construction industries, preferably with an EPC company or similar organization like Lightsource bp.
- Proven track record in contract negotiation, closing agreements, and managing claims.
- Extensive experience in commercial contract negotiations.
- Experience in managing projects, deadlines, and resources across
- functional teams. - Strong relationships with EPCs and ICP Contractors.
