Your Role

• Implementation of a modern automated testing factory
• Developing and executing an automation strategy
• Designing and maintaining the automation architecture
• Selecting and integrating appropriate tooling
• Establishing and promoting best practices
• Managing workflow and tracking progress
• Applying automation to eligible projects
• Migrating and making heritage elements compatible with the new strategy
• Client creation and management
• Analyzing and synthesizing heritage by relevant functional domains
• Managing debt recovery and ensuring coexistence with the new factory

Your Profile

• Proven experience in automation engineering (minimum 7 years)
• Expertise in Robot Framework
• Strong knowledge of Python
• Understanding of automation tools and best practices
• Excellent problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• English B2; French is a plus
