Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Automated scale and performance testing of Five9 product using Python-based automation framework.
• Develop new test scripts for
  -
  - end product testing using automation framework.
• Analyze test results using logs and monitoring tools.
• Support and extend the automation framework.
• Develop new automation tools.
• Identify and eliminate weak points in existing automated processes, ensuring efficiency.
• Communicate with departments like Development, Dev
  Ops, Tech
  Ops to align goals.
• Participate in Agile initiatives to enhance automation tools.
• This position requires the ability to be
  - call.

Required skills:

• Hands-on experience with Python 3. x and/or Java.
• Knowledge of programming techniques and algorithms (OOP, multithreading).
• Experience with Linux-based OSes.
• Proficient in Vo
  IP, SIP, Web
  RTC architecture, and
  - service web technology.
• Network troubleshooting skills.
• 3+ years in automation roles.
• Understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with My
  SQL.
• Experience with version control and project tracking systems (JIRA, Git).

Desirable skills:

• Experience in REST API automation and SDK interfaces.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive in automation opportunities.
• Experience with AWS/GCP CI/CD frameworks.
• Experience with cloud automation for testing.
• Docker knowledge and containerization understanding.
• Experience with Asterisk or Free
  Switch PBX.
• Web UI automation with tools like Selenium.
