Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Automated testing of Five9 telecom platform using Python-based automation framework.
• Developing new test scripts for
  -
  - end product testing using automation framework.
• Analyzing test results from executed tests using logs and traffic dumps.
• Supporting and extending the automation framework.
• Developing new automation tools.
• Identifying weaknesses in existing automated processes and improving efficiency.
• Communicating with departments like Development, Dev
  Ops, Tech
  Ops to align goals.
• Participating in Agile development initiatives to enhance automation tools.
• Supporting and developing internal tools for automation testing.
• This position requires availability for
  - call duties.

Required skills:

• Hands-on experience with Python 3. x, Java, or other OOP languages.
• Strong knowledge of programming techniques and algorithms (OOP, multithreading).
• Experience with Linux-based OSes.
• Knowledge of SIP or other telecom protocols, or willingness to learn.
• 3+ years in similar automation roles.
• Understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Excellent teamwork, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with version control and project tracking tools (JIRA, Git).

Desirable skills:

• Experience with REST API automation and SDK interfaces.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive in exploring new automation opportunities.
• Experience with AWS/GCP CI/CD automation frameworks.
• Experience with cloud computing testing (private/public).
• Practical knowledge of My
  SQL.
• Knowledge of Asterisk or Free
  SWITCH configuration.
