We are looking for a Senior Tester who can lead testing activities with French language proficiency. This role is based in Portugal and requires collaboration across delivery teams.

Overview

Senior Tester (French Speaking) responsible for defining and executing test strategies, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring the delivery of
- quality software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the test planning, design, execution, and reporting activities for projects.
• Build and maintain a test strategy and test schedule.
• Manage one or more software testers, providing guidance and ensuring accountability.
• Apply knowledge of Quality Centre and SQL to validate data and results.
• Identify risks and follow up with mitigation actions.
• Coordinate and motivate team members; summarize progress and outcomes.
• Maintain a focus on quality, process improvement, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• French language proficiency.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in test activities.
• Experience building a test strategy and test schedules.
• Ability to manage one or more testers.
• Knowledge of Quality Centre (QC).
• Knowledge of SQL language.
• Skills in risk identification and
  - up.
• Coordination and motivation skills; strong summarization capabilities.
• Committed, demanding, and pedagogical mindset.
• Willingness to be in the office 2–3 times per week.
