Role Description

This is a hybrid role based in Porto for a Senior Tester / Test Manager. The professional will be responsible for defining and supporting the integration testing approach, estimating and executing testing activities, and monitoring risks. The role includes reporting quality and automation KPIs, investigating
- conformities, and collaborating with QA, development, and infrastructure teams. The candidate will also support CI/CD strategies with automated testing and promote best practices in quality and development. Presence in the Porto office is required twice a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and Agile practices
• Familiarity with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Strong organizational, communication, and autonomous working skills
• Fluency in English
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2x/week in Porto office)
