About the Role

We are looking for a Senior TIBCO Developer to join the Files Exchanges & Transformation Squad within the Core Capabilities Tribe. The role focuses on the design, development, and optimization of TIBCO-based solutions that support key enterprise integration and data transformation processes.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Implementation

• Design and implement TIBCO Business
  Works components and integration workflows according to architecture guidelines.
• Develop, configure, and document solutions, including deployment and user guides.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance validation to ensure robust and reliable deployments.
• Industrialize and optimize TIBCO processes for scalability and maintainability.

Specifications & Quality Assurance

• Participate in the definition of functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business needs and system requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with internal development and security standards.
• Prepare test plans and validate deliverables before production deployment.

Support & Continuous Improvement

• Provide technical support for platform users, troubleshoot issues, and propose corrective measures.
• Identify and implement enhancements and process optimizations across the platform.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other enterprise systems.

Mandatory Technical Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in integration development, focusing on TIBCO technologies.
• Proven expertise with the TIBCO Active
  Matrix Business
  Works™ ecosystem, including TIBCO Active
  Matrix Business
  Works, TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS), TIBCO Hawk, and TIBCO Active
  Spaces.
• Strong experience in XML/XSD (expert), SOAP/WSDL services (expert), RESTful APIs and Open
  API specifications (expert).
• Experience with Java/JEE development (practice level).
• Hands‑on experience in technical documentation (design specs, deployment guides, and user manuals).

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e. g. , Git, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to microservices‑based architectures and modern integration patterns.

Language Skills

• English: Expert (mandatory).
• Additional languages (French, Portuguese) are an advantage.
