Position Overview

We are building a new Finance Excellence Center in Lisbon (Portugal) to support our recently acquired Saa
S companies and future acquisitions. The Excellence Center in Lisbon will support HR, Finance, and other functions. The company is currently implementing a new ERP tool (Net
Suite) and reviewing current processes to improve and automate our Finance operations.

We are seeking a Treasury Specialist to join our team to support the Record to Report process. We are looking for someone with the experience to work
- on, contribute to the setup of the new Centre, and is highly motivated to contribute to continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Cash and Liquidity Management

Monitor daily cash balances across multiple accounts and entities.

Prepare and analyze
- term and
- term cash flow forecasts.

Ensure optimal liquidity by managing intercompany cash movements and funding needs.

• Treasury Operations

Payment processing (ensure timely processing of vendor payments, payroll, and intercompany transfers).

Support the implementation and maintenance of treasury management systems (TMS) and ERP integrations.

• Financial Analysis and Reporting

Prepare regular treasury reports.

Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business teams to support strategic initiatives.

Provide insights on working capital optimization and
- saving opportunities.

• Strategic Projects and Process Improvement

Partner with
- functional teams to implement automation and streamline treasury processes.

Research and implement best practices in treasury management for the tech industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Relevant experience and a proven track record in an international finance environment.
• Experience with Service Centre setup is a plus. Good understanding of applicable European GAAP and IFRS.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other European languages is valued.
