Position Overview

We are establishing a new Finance Excellence Center in Lisbon (Portugal) to support our recent Saa
S acquisitions and future growth. The center will support HR, Finance, and other functions. We are implementing a new ERP system (Net
Suite) and reviewing processes to enhance and automate our finance operations.

We seek a Treasury Specialist to support the Record to Report process, contribute to the setup of the new center, and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the setup of the Finance Excellence Center.
2. Cash and Liquidity Management: Monitor daily cash balances, prepare cash flow forecasts, and manage liquidity and intercompany funding.
3. Treasury Operations: Process payments, support treasury management system implementation, and ERP integrations.
4. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare treasury reports, collaborate with finance teams, and identify working capital and
   - saving opportunities.
5. Strategic Projects and Process Improvement: Partner with teams to automate and streamline treasury processes, researching industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Relevant experience in an international finance environment; experience with service center setup is a plus.
• Good understanding of European GAAP and IFRS.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are valued.
• Ability to thrive in a
  - paced, dynamic environment with a proactive mindset.
