Job Description

We are looking for a Senior UI Designer to reinforce our team! The Senior UI Designer will play a key role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of one of our financial digital products, working within an established design system.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior UI Designer to make a meaningful impact on a financial platform, driving design consistency and innovation while collaborating with a dynamic,
- functional team. While this role focuses on a specific financial product, there is room for involvement in other projects in the future, allowing for a transition into a more diverse range of design challenges across various verticals and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design for Web and Mobile: Lead the design of intuitive and aesthetically pleasing web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless experience across devices.
• Develop and Maintain Design Systems: Follow Atomic Design Methodology to build and manage design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries. Use design variables and styles in Figma following development naming conventions to maintain consistency and flexibility, with the ability to export and push them to repositories seamlessly.
• Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with developers to ensure feasible and accurate implementation of designs. Use Devmode in Figma to facilitate design
  - offs, update design status and annotations, and include design tokens and
  - compatible elements.
• User Research and Testing: Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback, iterate on designs, and enhance user experience based on insights.
• Conceptual Design Thinking: Apply strong conceptual thinking to develop innovative design concepts that align with product vision and user needs, effectively communicating your ideas.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate best practices into your work.
• Mentorship: Guide junior designers through feedback and support to develop their skills.
• Design Reviews: Present work to stakeholders, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of UI design experience, preferably in a senior role within financial products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of UX principles and their application to UI design.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of interface animation, digital branding, and illustration.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a
