Role Description

This is a
- time
- site role for a Senior Underwriter located in porto. The Senior Underwriter will be responsible for evaluating and assessing risks, determining policy terms and conditions, analysing financial statements, and reviewing underwriting submissions. They will also collaborate with brokers and clients to ensure a comprehensive understanding of insurance requirements and provide underwriting guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills
• Underwriting experience in surety bonds
• Knowledge of policy terms and conditions
• Ability to analyze financial statements
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in underwriting decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
