As a UX Design Lead at Ivy Partners, you will be responsible for:

- Creating intuitive designs and collaborating with
- functional teams to deliver a seamless and visually appealing interface;

- Conducting user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations;

- Developing wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas;

- Working closely with product managers and engineers to implement the user interface design;

- Iterating and enhancing the user experience based on feedback and usability testing;

- Keeping

- date with the latest UX design trends, techniques, and technologies.

About You

You are our ideal candidate if you:

- Have extensive experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role;

- Possess a portfolio of design projects that showcases your UX design skills;

- Are proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma;

- Understand
- centered design principles and best practices;

- Have experience with Gen
AI tools (this is a plus).
