Main Responsibilities
Plan UX Research
- Analyze and refine UX-related requests from product and project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Product Management (PM) team to define research objectives and user experience strategies.
- Define the UX research scope and select appropriate methods.
- Coordinate UX Research

- up meetings with
- functional teams (Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, UX Designers, Engineers). - Identify target users and coordinate participant recruitment, ensuring relevance and diversity.
- Manage participant agreements and ensure compliance with legal requirements (e. g. , NDAs, recording consent).
- Plan, conduct, and analyze various research methods including interviews, focus groups, field research, surveys, and analytics reviews.
- Translate findings into personas and experience maps (e. g. , empathy maps, customer journeys).
- Support ideation sessions to integrate research insights into the design process.
- Collaborate with UX designers to inform UI design decisions (e. g. , information architecture, workflows).
- Conduct user feedback sessions throughout the product lifecycle using methods such as participatory design, card sorting, prototype testing, and usability testing.
- Document research protocols and findings clearly.
- Help integrate research insights into product solutions.
- Foster communication across multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote User-Centered Design (UCD) by encouraging team participation in user feedback sessions.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology,
- computer interaction, anthropology, or a related field. - Experience: Proven experience as a UX researcher or in a similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating your research process and impact.
- Research Skills: Solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods, with
- on experience in planning and conducting research. - Tools: Familiarity with platforms such as User
Testing, Usability
Hub, Dovetail, and survey tools. - Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Communication: Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present findings to
- functional teams. - Organisation: Well-developed organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
