What you’ll be doing

• Lead design excellence for our digital products, pioneering intuitive and impactful user experiences for dashboards and analytics tools.
• Shape and evolve our design system—ensuring harmony, scalability, and innovation across all platforms.
• Transform user insights into actionable solutions by championing user research, running usability testing, and driving continuous design improvements.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring remarkable ideas to life.
• Create engaging prototypes, wireframes, and visual designs that balance stunning aesthetics with seamless functionality.

Skills & Experience Needed (Senior UX/UI Designer)

• Experience in UI/UX design for digital products, especially dashboards or analytics tools—show us how you’ve turned complex data into elegant, intuitive experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (or an equivalent design platform) with a passion for building and evolving scalable design systems.
• Strong grasp of user research and usability testing, with the ability to transform real user insights into
  - impact design solutions.
• Collaborative mindset—comfortable working alongside developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• A keen eye for visual design fundamentals—typography, colour, layout—and a drive to balance aesthetics with functionality.
