Senior UX/UI Designer

Location: Remote, Portugal

Salary: 80, 000 EUR - 90, 000 EUR

The Role

As a Senior UX/UI Designer , you’ll be a
- on design expert, creating clear, intuitive, and visually compelling experiences across our digital ecosystem — from
- facing websites and mobile applications to internal tools used by employees and partners.

This is not a
- management role. Your impact will be measured by the quality, creativity, and effectiveness of the designs you deliver .

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into elegant user journeys and
- quality interfaces that work in the real world.

What You’ll Be Doing:

End-to-End Design Ownership

• Design user journeys, interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and
  - fidelity UI.
• Own your work from early concept through to
  - ready assets.
• Balance usability, accessibility, aesthetics, and technical feasibility.

User Experience & Journey Design

• Map and optimise complex,
  - step and transactional user journeys.
• Simplify operational and technical processes into intuitive experiences.
• Design with a strong
  - centred mindset grounded in real constraints and usage.

Creative UI & Interaction Design

• Create modern, visually strong interfaces aligned with brand and product goals.
• Design responsive layouts, interaction patterns, and
  - interactions.
• Contribute to the evolution of our visual language and interaction standards.

User Research & Validation

• Conduct usability testing, interviews, and lightweight research when needed.
• Use analytics, feedback, and observation to iterate and improve designs.
• Perform UX reviews and audits of existing platforms and tools.

Design Systems

• Use and extend existing design systems and component libraries.
• Propose improvements to components, patterns, and accessibility guidelines.
• Ensure consistency across products while allowing flexibility where required.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with
  - end engineers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Prepare clear design handovers using Figma (specs, components, annotations).
• Contribute as a design partner in agile ceremonies and sprint cycles.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 6+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Strong experience across web platforms, mobile apps, and internal/enterprise tools.
• Proven track record of delivering real products into production.

Portfolio

• A strong portfolio demonstrating:
• End-to-end product design
• User journey thinking
• High-quality UI and interaction design
• Experience with complex or transactional systems (highly desirable)

Technical Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Strong understanding of responsive design and design systems
• Solid knowledge of WCAG accessibility principles
• Working knowledge of
  - end technologies (HTML, CSS, React or similar)

Soft Skills

• Highly creative with a strong eye for detail and interaction
• Pragmatic,
  - oriented, and
  - focused
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex problem spaces
• Clear communicator with designers, developers, and product managers
• Autonomous, reliable, and proactive

Languages

• English fluency required (minimum B2)
• French is a plus
