Requirements

• Degree in Design, Multimedia Communication or equivalent field.
• Academic experience or up to 2 years of professional experience in UX/UI Design (internships and academic projects are valued).
• Basic knowledge of digital accessibility.
• Mastery of Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as Bootstrap, Chakra UI or similar will be valued.
• Interest in agile methodologies and management tools (Jira, Notion or similar).
• Good communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Collaborative spirit and a desire to work closely with the team
• Focus on efficiency, organization and continuous improvement
• Curiosity and desire to learn new tools and methodologies
• Innovative mindset, interested in applying AI to design

• Support the UX/UI team in executing digital design projects, contributing to the creation of
  - centric solutions.
• Collaborate in the construction and maintenance of intuitive and accessible interfaces.
• Participate in research, prototyping and usability testing processes.
• Explore new design tools and methodologies, including AI-based solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience in the projects in which you are involved.
• Collaborate in the preparation of presentations and deliverables for clients and stakeholders.
