About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Value Advisor/Value Engineer who will serve as a strategic customer experience consultant. The ideal candidate brings proven,
- on experience creating and executing digital transformation initiatives within the Retail, CPG, or Manufacturing sectors.
In this pivotal role, you will leverage your industry expertise to coach internal teams while developing compelling value propositions and
- level business cases for our customers. Success requires the ability to seamlessly blend strategic thinking with practical application—you must not only articulate the vision but also guide its implementation based on
- world experience.
As a Value Advisor, you will be responsible for establishing frameworks that bridge the gap between our solutions and measurable customer outcomes, while providing critical support to both customer relationships and our field teams. Key aspects of this role include translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value, mentoring
- functional teams, and serving as a trusted advisor who can engage confidently with C-level executives about transformation strategies and ROI.

Key responsibilities:
- Drives and supports the process by which internal teams build relationships with customers
- Governs and continuously develops benchmarking tool sets and content for emerging industries
- Develops internal and
- facing best practices for emerging business models and industries - Creates customers for life by effectively engaging/supporting select strategic accounts
- Supports/collaborates with sales, presales, and customer success colleagues with financial modeling for
- facing business cases - Create scalable models and help lead value sales enablement across the various internal teams
- Supports the development and iteration of the value toolset
- Collaborates and coordinates with marketing/go to market teams to deliver a strong competitive advantage in the market
- Governs and prioritizes feedback between external customers and internal product teams to inform the roadmap
- Leads and participates in thought leadership opportunities (including but not limited to attending and speaking at events and creating content for publication)
- Up to 25% travel & work from home
Experience requirements:
- Seasoned digital executive with an influential presence in front of executive audiences
- Strong presentation and delivery skills with the ability to credibly demonstrate industry expertise
- Strong leadership skills and experience in the development and facilitation of new teams
- Minimum 7 years of experience in value engineering, analytics, and/or financial modeling
