The Role: Senior Web Engineer (React Focus)

? Location: Lisbon

? ? Hybrid Model: Hybrid working model (minimum 3 days onsite)

(During onboarding, a higher onsite presence is expected)

? ? Sector: Financial Services / Technology / Digital Products

? Languages: English (B2–C1);

Portuguese and/or French are a plus

? Recruitment Process:

• ⏱ Initial interview (~40 minutes)
• ? Two
  - depth interview sessions (~3 hours each)

✅ Eligibility: Priority will be given to candidates residing in Portugal with legal work authorization;

other candidates who already hold a valid visa for Portugal will be considered at a later stage.

? ? Your Profile

• Strong experience as a Senior Frontend / Web UI Developer / Senior Web Enginee
• Comfortable working in agile,
  - oriented Scrum teams
• Quality-driven mindset, with attention to performance and user experience
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude

? Technical Environment (What you will be working with)

• React, Type
  Script, Tailwind
  CSS
• Modern Java
  Script (ES6+) and browser APIs
• Vite
  JS and modern build/bundling tools
• RESTful APIs integration
• Git
  Hub or Git
  Lab for version control
• UI testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright)
• a BIG Nice to have: Experience with Java 21, Spring Boot, Angular to Support backend development, when required, ensuring smooth
  - end/back-end integration

⚙ What You Will Be Doing (Concrete responsibilities)

• Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive web applications
• Build reusable UI components and frontend libraries
• Ensure
  - perfect implementation of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and speed
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product owners
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
• Support backend development when needed to ensure smooth integration
• Proactively suggest technical and UX improvements
