Position: Senior Web/Mobile Developer – Java & L3 Support

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Type: Fulltime, Hybrid from Lisbon (2-3 days onsite per week)

Languages: English (C1+ level); French (B1+) is a plus

Candidates must possess a valid work permit for Portugal

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Web/Mobile Developer to provide Level 3 application support and develop backend enhancements for a critical financial platform

This is a key role combining both technical development and incident resolution, ideal for a
- on developer with strong Java and SQL expertise, and a solid understanding of complex financial systems.

✅ Required Skills :

• Java : Expert-level (minimum 4 years)
• SQL : Advanced (minimum 4 years)
• Apache Spark : Minimum 1 year of
  - on experience
• L3 Development/Application Support : Minimum 1 year of experience
• Excellent command of English (C1+ level)
• Availability for a hybrid working model, based in Lisbon
• Candidates must possess a valid work permit for Portugal

Nice to Have :

• Experience in banking or financial environments
• Knowledge of ITIL practices
• French language skills (B1+)

Responsibilities :

• Provide Level 3 support : analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents in production
• Contribute to evolution and optimization of backend components in Java
• Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and operations teams
• Write and maintain
  - quality SQL queries and scripts
• Ensure performance, stability, and availability of the ECMS application
• Document technical solutions and participate in knowledge transfer
• Support Agile delivery cycles and contribute to continuous improvement
