Primary responsibilities will be:

1. Design and improve core Design
   Rush pages and user flows
2. Occasionally, create landing pages for internal campaigns
3. Produce
   - quality visuals for sales and marketing assets
4. Ensure all designs are
   - brand and aligned with product goals
5. Present design concepts clearly to internal stakeholders

Responsibilities:

1. Design websites (primarily) and landing pages (occasionally)
2. Produce
   - quality visuals for various digital campaigns
3. Create
   - brand, compelling designs aligned with strategy and messaging
4. Present creative concepts clearly to internal stakeholders
5. Collaborate with marketing and research teams to elevate UX/UI
6. Handle multiple tasks with focus, creativity, and consistency

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of professional design experience
2. A diverse portfolio showcasing strong web and marketing design work
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
4. A sharp eye for design, layout, and usability best practices
5. Clear communication skills in English
6. Ability to present ideas effectively to both team members and clients
7. Team spirit, organization, and a proactive attitude
