Gold’s Yacht is expanding its international brokerage division and seeking an exceptional Senior Yacht Charter Broker to join our global team.
Location: Setúbal, Portugal. The role operates across Dubai, Monaco, Europe, and the United States.
Gold’s Yacht is one of Dubai’s leading luxury yacht concierge companies, known for premium private charters, bespoke itineraries, and seamless service for ultra‑high net worth individuals and global travellers.
Our routes, experiences, and fleet reflect the highest standards of modern yachting—from Dubai’s skyline journeys to day voyages across the Arabian Gulf and beyond. We combine level hospitality with agile digital operations and offer gourmet dining, watersports, onboard entertainment, and full event setups.
Role Overview
This is a senior, facing, closing role that blends brokerage, luxury hospitality, and concierge expertise. You will own relationships, craft bespoke experiences, and drive charter revenue across Dubai (Oct–May) and Europe (Jun–Sep). Your mission is to transform inquiries into elevated journeys, moving from day skyline escapes to day Gulf expeditions.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing yacht charter requests for UHNW and HNW clients across Dubai and Europe.
- Curating tailored itineraries, from 2‑hour marina tours to day voyages to Oman, Sir Bani Yas, and Abu Dhabi.
- Negotiating and securing value charters with precision and pace.
- Sourcing yachts, verifying availability, and ensuring class‑service compliance with Operations (OMT) support.
- Building long‑term relationships and nurturing repeat clients.
- Advising on premium onboard services—chef services, décor, water toys, DJ, events, and proposal setups.
- Maintaining perfect CRM discipline and reporting.
- Collaborating with partners and other departments to deliver flawless experiences.
What You Bring
- Strong track record in yacht brokerage, yacht charter, luxury travel, or luxury hospitality.
- Deep familiarity with yacht types, charter destinations, and HNWI service standards.
- Strong negotiation and handling skills, especially with premium clientele.
- Ability to design refined itineraries and present yachts via Whats
App, calls, and video tours using persuasive language. - Impeccable English; other European languages are an advantage.
- High responsiveness, polished communication, and ability to work in fast‑moving environments.
- Absolute discretion, ethics, and ownership mentality.
Technical & CRM Requirements
To operate at a senior level, you must be fully comfortable working inside structured digital workflows.
- Solid experience with CRMs (e. g. , Kommo, Hub
Spot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar). - Ability to manage leads, sales stages, ups, contracts, and revenue tracking inside a CRM.
- Comfortable with cloud tools (e. g. , Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, Monday.com).
- Ability to prepare clean proposals, invoices, and structured itinerary briefs.
- Fast adoption of internal tools, automations, and AI‑supported workflows.
- Strong digital communication etiquette (Whats
App Business, email, voice notes, file sharing). - Experience with sales systems: call logging, up‑reminders, pipeline reporting.
- Ability to multitask across multiple software tools while maintaining speed and accuracy.
This role is NOT for someone who struggles with digital admin or structured sales processes.
You must enjoy a clean pipeline, fast task switching, and disciplined through‑the‑day management.

- You rely on slow enterprise or B2B cycles—pure B2B experience is not suitable for this role.
