We are strengthening our team for a challenging project within the technology sector and are looking for a Software Architect with a strong. NET background to support the design and evolution of robust, scalable, and secure architectures.

This role combines architectural thinking, hands-on technical expertise, and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Location: Parque das Nações, Lisbon

Work model: Hybrid (2 to 3 days per week at the office)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the definition of technical architectures based on . NET 6. 0 (or higher), MS SQL Server, and REST APIs;
  
  
• Contribute to the design and evolution of scalable, secure, and
  - performance solutions, aligned with technical and functional requirements;
  
  
• Participate in the design and continuous improvement of REST APIs, ensuring best practices in performance, versioning, and security;
  
  
• Review and validate the implementation of critical components, ensuring compliance with architectural standards;
  
  
• Collaborate closely with development, quality, and operations teams, promoting software engineering best practices;
  
  
• Produce technical architecture documentation and support knowledge transfer to development teams;
  
  
• Assist in identifying technical risks and propose viable alternatives in collaboration with senior architects;
  
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of solution architectures and development processes.

Required Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in . NET (C#) development, including modern versions such as. NET Core;
  
  
• Solid experience with . NET 6. 0 or higher and MS SQL Server, with strong technical depth and knowledge of the stack;
  
  
• Proven experience in the design and development of REST APIs;
  
  
• Good knowledge of software architecture principles (layering, decoupling, scalability, security, etc. );
  
  
• Ability to readand produce technical diagrams and architecture documentation;
  
  
• Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams;
  
  
• Strong technical communication skills, critical thinking, and
  - solving abilities;
  
  
• Motivation to grow into roles with greater technical and strategic responsibility;
  
  
• Willingness to work in collaborative environments with a focus on delivering value.
