Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior. NET Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of applications for our home automation ecosystem. This role involves collaborating with
- functional teams to create seamless,
- friendly applications that enhance the functionality of smart devices and systems.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and configure smart home systems for lighting, climate control, A/V distribution, security, and more.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and services using C# and. NET.
- Participate in architecture discussions and make technical decisions in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.
- Collaborate with other developers to implement backend logic and ensure integration across various platforms.
- Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews and unit testing to ensure the delivery of
- quality products. - Apply strong
- oriented design principles in all development efforts.
What you'll need to be successful:
- 9+ years of extensive experience in software development, with a focus on C# and. NET technologies.
- Strong experience integrating REST APIs,
- party libraries, and SDKs into applications. - Solid understanding of
- oriented programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and software development best practices. - Proficiency with dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and unit testing frameworks (e. g. , NUnit, x
Unit). - Experience working in Agile development environments with Dev
Ops practices. - Strong
- solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. - Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of home automation systems (e. g. , lighting control, HVAC, A/V, security) and their integration with backend systems.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and prioritize tasks for development teams.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
