Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior. NET Developer to join one of our Nearshore teams working with international clients across Europe.

This role can be performed remotely, or from our Lisbon or Porto offices, depending on your preference.

As a Senior. NET Developer at Neotalent Conclusion, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating backend solutions that power our client’s Asset Optimization domain. You will work in a
- functional product team using a modern stack, ensuring scalable, reliable, and
- performing systems that drive critical energy trading and planning decisions.

What you will do:

• Design, build, and maintain backend solutions using. NET/C# within a
- native environment (Azure);

• Contribute to the development of a flex trading dashboard and asset optimization platforms;

• Integrate various systems and handle
- time data flows for trading and planning decisions;

• Work with microservices, containers, and
- driven architectures using technologies like Kubernetes, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, and Event Hub;

• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and performant following best practice design patterns;

• Collaborate with
- functional teams including frontend developers, data engineers, and product owners;

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the planning and optimization domains;

• Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup, monitoring, and automation to ensure efficient delivery.

What you are like:

• Solid,
- on experience with. NET/C# and backend development;

• Strong knowledge of Azure or other cloud platforms and
- native development;

• Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), microservices, and
- driven architectures;

• Proficiency with SQL/No
SQL databases and technologies such as g
RPC, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus;

• Ability to write performant, maintainable, and scalable code;

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in
- functional teams;

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Python (especially for optimization and analytics use cases);

• Familiarity with Vue. js or other frontend frameworks;

• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code;

• Knowledge of observability practices (SLIs, SLOs);

• Background in energy trading or planning systems.
