Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:

1. Defining the software structure to ensure compliance with architectural vision and design simplicity.
2. Implementing new requirements using
   - driven development methodology.
3. Participating in architectural discussions and contributing to the evolution of our system design on Azure.
4. Utilizing Azure Dev
   Ops for CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
5. Working within a Scrum framework, including planning, grooming, and reviewing user stories and test cases.
6. Analyzing root causes of defects to provide comprehensive fixes.
7. Championing quality in delivered solutions.
8. Mentoring and guiding junior engineers to foster a collaborative environment.
9. Handling escalations and
   - priority issues effectively.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a Software Engineer with a focus on backend development.
3. Experience with C#, . NET framework, and SQL.
4. Experience with microservices architecture.
5. Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
6. Experience with version control systems like Git.
7. Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions; experience with debugging tools.
8. Knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and TDD.
9. Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with Azure Dev
   Ops for CI/CD pipelines.
2. Experience with ASP. NET Web
   API, RESTful applications, Java
   Script.
3. Front-end development experience with accessibility considerations.
4. Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies.
