As an SEO & AI Search Specialist at Hexagon Intelligence, you will join a team dedicated to optimizing digital visibility, leveraging generative AI for content discovery, and driving organic growth through search innovation. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and refine SEO and AI search strategies across various digital platforms, ensuring our clients achieve top visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI search ecosystems (such as Google SGE, Perplexity, Chat
GPT, and You.com).

This role is crucial for enhancing user engagement, increasing organic reach, and shaping the future of how brands appear in AI‑powered discovery environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO and AI Search strategies across digital channels.
• Identify and leverage opportunities in generative search (SGE, Chat
  GPT, Perplexity, etc. ) to enhance content visibility.
• Utilize technical and analytical skills to identify and optimize SEO and AI‑driven content performance.
• Conduct keyword, topic, and intent research adapted to AI search contexts.
• Apply data‑driven thinking to solve complex SEO challenges and influence content discoverability in AI environments.
• Create high‑quality, semantically rich content that aligns with both search engine and AI retrieval models.
• Manage and lead SEO projects from inception to completion, including AI search experimentation and optimization.
• Collaborate with content, data, and development teams to ensure AI‑readiness of all digital assets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in SEO.
• Advanced English level (C1 or C2).
• In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking methods, and AI retrieval systems.
• Familiarity with AI search technologies and emerging tools (e. g. , Google SGE, Chat
  GPT Browse, Perplexity, Bing Copilot).
• Experience with SEO industry tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Strong grasp of semantic SEO, structured data, and content optimization for AI assistants and LLMs.
• Experience developing and executing link‑building and entity optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and ability to work with developers to implement AI‑compatible SEO practices.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to report on KPIs and derive actionable insights from AI and SEO data.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary with potential adjustments based on your proven experience and expertise. Additionally, it provides a permanent contract, ensuring long‑term stability and growth opportunities.
