Waiter/Waitress (M/F) — Barbela, Lisbon

Barbela is looking for dedicated and professional Waiters/Waitresses to provide a memorable dining experience to our guests. If you have a passion for service, excellent communication skills, and strong industry knowledge, join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and present the menu in detail, including daily specials and recommendations.
• Accurately take orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and with great attention to detail.
• Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs throughout the meal.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and
  - oriented manner.
• Process payments and operate the POS system.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in quality restaurants.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of menus, wines, and service techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure in a
  - paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a polished presentation.
