We’re looking for a Service Connection Team Leader to manage and develop the Service Connection Support team, accountable for achieving defined targets, implementing solutions and improvements in line with SU strategy and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Location information: Lisbon (Portugal), Curitiba (Brazil), Bangkok (Thailand). Hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
- Manage the department and staff; organize and assess the team’s work; set priorities and plan weekly or daily schedules
- Ensure team output aligns with delivery targets, indicators, ongoing projects, deadlines, cost and quality expectations
- Ensure outputs comply with group standards (e. g. , Health and Safety)
- Act as an expert in the domain and coach team members toward accountability for deliverables
- Facilitate team development and career progression; inform, train, motivate and coach members to support growth
- Promote collaboration, continuous improvement and a
- solving mindset both internal and external to the Service Unit - Ensure business continuity and backups; plan and conduct training activities (e. g. , onboarding new employees)
- Deliver operational services: monitor performance, analyze issues, ensure compliance with Group Internal Control, policies and audits; maintain updated work instructions and procedures
- Prepare and publish reporting on time and with required quality; implement quick fixes or escalate issues as needed
- Ensure timely
- up on all pending issues, identify trends and root causes, and take appropriate actions - Maintain timely communications and ensure effective touchpoints with buyers and users
What you will bring
Education and Experience
- Degree in Business Management, Procurement, Accounting or a relevant domain
- 3 to 5 years of experience in management and/or procurement
- Proven people management experience
Skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Experience leading large teams in global environments
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
- Customer-oriented attitude and adaptability
- Project management skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset with
- solving capabilities - Proactive, autonomous with initiative
- SAP experience in the domain
