- market, the business is now hiring a Service Delivery Director to lead and scale global operations across infrastructure, reliability, and security.

We’re looking for an operationally minded leader, calm under pressure, obsessed with predictability and performance, and fluent in both English and Portuguese, who can ensure the stability, scalability, and efficiency of a
- evolving global platform.

The Brief

As Service Delivery Director , you’ll oversee SRE, Dev
Ops, QA, ITSM, Sec
Ops, and Fin
Ops , building an
-
- end service delivery function that balances reliability, speed, and
- efficiency. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Finance to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise global Service Delivery teams (SRE, Infrastructure/Dev
  Ops, ITSM, QA, Sec
  Ops, Fin
  Ops).
• Define and report SLIs, SLOs, and KPIs , ensuring platform reliability, performance, and
  - efficiency.
• Anticipate risks and bottlenecks; drive automation and continuous improvement.
• Build operational dashboards and
  - level reporting with clear ROI insight.
• Partner
  - functionally with Software Delivery, Product, and Architecture to enable seamless delivery.
• Align QA with release management and Dev
  Ops for speed and quality.
• Optimise Fin
  Ops strategy with Finance and Leadership, maintaining cost discipline.
• Recruit, lead, and develop
  - performing, multilingual global teams.

You Must Bring

• 10+ years’ experience in technology operations, infrastructure, or service delivery leadership within Saa
  S or enterprise environments.
• Proven track record scaling SRE, Dev
  Ops, QA, and Sec
  Ops functions.
• Strong command of observability, reliability engineering, and KPI/SLI/SLO frameworks .
• Data-driven mindset with
  - level communication and forecasting skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC2 , and related compliance frameworks.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (essential).
• Based in Portugal , or remote within Europe if fluent in Portuguese.
