Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative:

• Handling customer inquiries across various channels, updating CRM systems with accuracy and timeliness.
• Developing strong relationships with customers through empathetic issue resolution and professional communication.

• Maintaining a friendly, professional tone in all communications, fostering trust and positive engagement.

Requirements and Qualifications
