What we are looking for

Hard skills

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT Service Management / Service Delivery

- Proven experience managing IT services in enterprise environments

- Strong practical knowledge of ITIL processes, including:

- Incident Management

- Problem Management

- Change Management

- Experience managing and monitoring SLAs and KPIs

- Good understanding of Workplace / End User Infrastructure, including:

- Corporate laptops and devices

- Managed devices environments

- Experience working in global / international organizations

- Strong stakeholder and client management skills

- Very good English skills
