What we are looking for

Hard skills

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT Service Management / Service Delivery
• Proven experience managing IT services in enterprise environments
• Strong practical knowledge of ITIL processes, including:

- Incident Management

- Problem Management

- Change Management

• Experience managing and monitoring SLAs and KPIs
• Good understanding of Workplace / End User Infrastructure, including:

- Corporate laptops and devices

- Managed devices environments

• Experience working in global / international organizations
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills
• Very good English skills
