We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager for this project!


Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the
    -
    - end service delivery for Modern Device services, including Windows Edition V2 and legacy products.
  • Ensure incident, problem, and change processes are executed in line with global IT and security standards.
  • Lead operational governance with stakeholders, managing SLA/KPI reporting, service performance, and improvement plans.
  • Coordinate and control vendors and third parties to ensure service quality and delivery consistency.
  • Validate operational readiness and quality objectives before product or feature deployment to production.


What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery or Service Management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change) with ITIL certification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships within a global, multicultural environment.
  • Solid understanding of service quality frameworks, compliance, and security requirements.
