We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager for this project!
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the

- end service delivery for Modern Device services, including Windows Edition V2 and legacy products. - Ensure incident, problem, and change processes are executed in line with global IT and security standards.
- Lead operational governance with stakeholders, managing SLA/KPI reporting, service performance, and improvement plans.
- Coordinate and control vendors and third parties to ensure service quality and delivery consistency.
- Validate operational readiness and quality objectives before product or feature deployment to production.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery or Service Management roles.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change) with ITIL certification or equivalent.
- Proven experience managing client relationships within a global, multicultural environment.
- Solid understanding of service quality frameworks, compliance, and security requirements.
