About the Role

We are expanding our team with a senior Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of IT projects and services in the SAP domain. Your primary mission will be to ensure that all initiatives are executed efficiently, meeting deadlines and quality standards, delivering client satisfaction, and complying with DXC Technology’s internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects, from conception to completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across different geographies, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs agreed with clients.
• Control and optimize project budgets, identifying financial risks and proposing mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with DXC Technology’s internal processes.
• Coordinate the delivery team’s involvement in collaboration with the pre‑sales team.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders: clients, internal teams, and suppliers.
• Implement and continuously improve delivery processes, increasing efficiency and quality.
• Resolve problems and conflicts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage operating services, ensuring stability and continuous evolution.
• Lead and develop teams, promoting a collaborative and high‑performance environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including SAP Activate and Agile approaches.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Higher education in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Certifications in SAP Activate, ITIL, or other project management areas are a plus.
