Key Responsibilities
- Follow the stock of incidents and demands in close collaboration with IT teams, squads implied (Personal Finance France and IT Corporate Functions) and Operations.
- Assess and prioritize incidents, trigger appropriate escalations to resolve issues faster.
- Communicate regularly to the entity for visibility on issue evolution.
- Collect root causes of incidents and participate in action plan elaboration.
- Communicate PIR in due time and guarantee follow‑up of action plans.
- Escalate conflicts in priority to Business coverage or manager.
- Participate in resolution of P1 and P2 incidents; manage P3‑P4 incidents through level 3 IT teams and squads.
- Ensure application incidents are taken by the correct teams and follow through to completion.
- Coordinate transversal IT teams and manage business escalations.
- Inform the entity of IT changes that could affect them (change, migrations, freeze, ICP exercises).
- Provide daily updates (before 8 am) on data file flows sent by BNP Personal Finance France.
- Follow‑up on IT Risk, IT Security, AIA forms, repositories (My
APM) and Shadow IT reporting. - Ensure SLAs are respected, activate contacts to accelerate resolution, participate in task forces and incident follow‑up committees.
- Provide post‑incident reports, monthly incident reporting, and fluid communication with business and partner contacts.
- Monitor batch processes for supported applications; act on issues to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years as Analyst/Incident Manager.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power
Point. - Experience with Service
Now, Jira, Oracle PL/SQL, Autosys, Dynatrace, Tibco. - Software development experience – database and SQL knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of IT Risk, Cyber Security, Java, . NET, Power
Builder. - Cloud technologies and Unix/Linux experience.
- English level C1 or higher mandatory; French B2 or higher a plus; Spanish B2 or higher a plus.
