Job Description

The Service Designer will be responsible for organizing ideation and troubleshooting sessions for challenges launched by the Pivots and Business Experts of the various business units. The aim of these sessions is to correctly describe the problem, value it, and identify potential solutions.

At the end, you should be able to design or adjust existing business processes and create content that will enable the client's employees to be trained.

Main responsibilities:

• Organizing ideation sessions with Pivots and Business Experts
• Valuing the benefits of a potential solution
• Designing processes in the client's corporate tool
• Designing content for the client's knowledge management platform

Qualifications

• Ensuring innovative solutions through workshops, ideation, and prototyping
• Aligning solutions with the needs and requirements of users and the business
• Education: University degree in Engineering, Management, Design, or another relevant field
• Experience: Up to 5 years in a similar role
• Skills: Critical thinking, Service Design, Structured communication
• Knowledge and experience in applying
  - centered design processes and techniques (e. g. , Design Thinking, User Research, Collaborative Design)
• Great listening skills and excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Curious and creative mindset
• Delivery and
  - oriented
• Ability to work effectively with
