YOUR ROLE
- Design and improve service experiences across various touchpoints, ensuring seamless user journeys.
- Conduct user research (quantitative and qualitative), synthesize findings into insights.
- Identify pain points and opportunities for service improvement through data analysis.
- Apply design thinking to ideate, prototype, and test solutions; lead and facilitate sessions.
- Create service blueprints, journey maps, personas, and other design artifacts for
- be journeys. - Communicate design solutions and rationale to stakeholders via presentations and storytelling.
- Present design concepts and strategies to clients, highlighting value and impact.
- Collaborate with
- functional teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph
D in Design, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, or related fields. - Over 5 years of experience working autonomously with other designers.
- Experience in design thinking projects and

- end implementation. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinking and
- solving abilities, balancing user needs with business goals. - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Illustrator, etc.
