At Experis, we are currently recruiting motivated Service Desk / Helpdesk Agents to join a dynamic international team in Lisbon, providing technical support to internal users across a global organization.

Are you fluent in French and ready to take on a new professional challenge in IT Support?

Main Responsibilities:

• First-line IT support (hardware/software)
• Incident resolution and troubleshooting
• Ticket management and escalation when necessary
• Assist users across different business areas in a multinational environment

Profile:

• Fluency in
  French
  (mandatory)
• Good level of English
• Previous experience in IT Support / Customer Support / Helpdesk roles is a plus
• Strong communication and
  - solving skills
• Availability to work
  - site in Lisbon
