Your Role

The Service Desk Agent - Dutch is responsible for providing support in Dutch within the healthcare IT industry for PACS products. This involves following processes to improve quality, communicating complex information clearly, and establishing strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills.

Your Profile

• High School diploma specialized in technical subjects, IT qualification, or related field.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• 2+ years of experience in IT.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer-focused with previous customer service experience.
• Availability to work in shifts, with schedules provided a month in advance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PACS products and knowledge of DICOM, HL7, IHE, and Radiology Workflow.
• Familiarity with databases (Oracle preferred), SQL.
• Knowledge of IT Security Policies and Standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent (preferred).
