YOUR ROLE

• Provide initial support and attempt to resolve incidents at the first point of contact, leveraging knowledge bases, SOPs, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Respond to customer inquiries, clarify issues, and gather relevant information to facilitate incident resolution.
• Provide information, advice, and assistance to customers regarding standard services and service catalog offerings.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents within
  - upon SLAs or per defined priorities.
• Apply problem‑solving techniques to identify underlying problems and contribute to the problem management process.

YOUR PROFILE

• Availability to work in shifts.
• Experience with Windows Server.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• English speaker and French (mandatory).
